As a BtoB software publisher, SIRFULL takes part in numerous events, trade fairs and conferences every year. These events nevertheless have a significant environmental impact, due to the travel (participants, exhibitors, visitors) and waste they generate. A gathering of 5,000 participants generates over 2.5 tonnes of waste.
Reducing our environmental impact
As part of our commitment to CSR, we looked at alternatives to reduce our environmental impact, and chose to create a modular, reusable stand. No more waste of materials, packaging and advertising media! SIRFULL now uses a sustainable stand at its events.

SIRFULL called on local players to make this project a reality:
- Design of the reusable stand in Alsace, near SIRFULL headquarters,
- Graphic design of our visuals in Alsace
- Printing of brochures used at our events in Alsace,
- Signage printing in Hérault.
An environmental approach throughout the project
We have opted for service providers with an environmental approach at every stage of the product life cycle, giving preference to recycled and recyclable materials.
- Our documents are printed on PEFC-certified paper, attesting to our respect for the environmental, economic and social functions of forests.
- Our stand is made of aluminum and stretch fabric. Durable materials designed for easy disassembly and reassembly, enabling multiple reuse.
All in all, this 100% modular stand is ideal for all kinds of events, from small regional events to international trade shows. It has already fulfilled its mission at two trade shows: Schweissen & Schneiden in Germany and FCTM Esope in Paris.
