A multi-operator chemical platform
GIE Osiris is a platform that brings together more than 17 industrial sites operating in the heavy chemicals sector. Its role is to coordinate and lead all the platform’s companies in terms of safety, security, environment, logistics, utilities and energy savings.
Since the 2000s, the platform’s inspectors have been using the SIRFULL solution dedicated to industrial inspection to manage all their sites. They adopted our Cloud solution “Linspec Cloud” 2 years ago.
Structuring inspections
As the GIE Osiris platform comprises several entities and is multi-operator, it has specific requirements in terms of data compartmentalization, reversibility and traceability. The choice of Linspec Cloud enabled us to address these issues: differentiated site management, enhanced data security, servers located in France, encryption, etc.
With around 4,500 inspection plans and 9 inspectors each in charge of dedicated fleets and equipment, the use of a single solution has enabled us toharmonize practices and centralize asset management.
Features such as anti-error systems, criticality analysis and dashboards enable them to improve the traceability of operations, schedule management and the reliability of inspection plans.

Benefits in terms of compliance
Linspec Cloud strengthens control over regulatory compliance by integrating requirements right from the time new equipment is ordered, thanks to close collaboration between teams, engineering and technical departments. It also enables criticality analyses to be formalized, and inspection plans to be generated in compliance with up-to-date DT32 and DT84 standards.
Another of the software’s strengths is its rigorous process structuring. Each stage, from document preparation to validation, is identified by explicit progress statuses (draft, validated, archived, etc.), ensuring complete and reliable traceability of the state of inspections.

In addition to a faster, more ergonomic interface, Linspec Cloud offers greater flexibility: creation of customized fields, automatic generation of enriched reports, extended access to read-only operators. The adoption of this version has resulted in standardized practices and improved reporting.
