Is the solution suitable for any site and standard?

Linspec Cloud is suitable for any industrial site, including high-risk industrial sites (for example SEVESO upper and lower sites). The software integrates the country’s legislation and indicates which regulations each equipment is subject to.
Among the regulations considered by the software:

  • For SEVESO sites with a Recognized Inspection Service, the software meets the requirements of decision BSEI 13-125.
  • The implementation of a Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodology can be based on API 580 or API 581, and, to meet the requirements of the decree of November 20, 2017, can be based on guides DT 32, DT 84, etc.
  • Linspec Cloud allows compliance with the requirements of the decree of October 10, 2010 for in-service monitoring of equipment as part of the Industrial Facilities Modernization Plan (PMII), following EEMUA standards or Technical Directives DT 92, DT 94, etc.
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT) based on configurable tables according to guides (DT 75 / API 571) are also available.

Wich type of equipment can I manage ?

Linspec Cloud allows you to manage any type of equipment. They are grouped into a library and associated with the regulations they must comply with. Find, among others:

  • Fire extinguishers
  • Civil engineering structures, such as foundations and retention basins, etc.

If a new standard is published, is it possible to find it in Linspec Cloud?

Our team relies on the needs and/or feedback from customers to update the software to be in line with regulatory or normative developments.

How are inspection and control actions managed?

Linspec Cloud offers a comprehensive approach to equipment inspection and control management. You can centralize and track various deadlines, coordination and planning of inspection actions. All aspects of equipment management are available, whether it’s:

  • Criticality studies,
  • Creating inspection / control plans,
  • Inspection actions,
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT),
  • Recommendations and reporting,
  • Interventions,
  • or even calculating equipment lifespan.

Are my company's data secure?

Linspec Cloud was created using Microsoft technologies and is hosted in secure data centers managed by Microsoft Azure in Paris. Data and production environments are backed up every night to a secondary Microsoft Azure data center located in Marseille.

Microsoft is an industry leader in establishing and consistently meeting specific security and privacy requirements. Azure complies with a wide range of international and industry-specific compliance standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards such as Australia’s IRAP standard, the UK’s G-Cloud standard, and Singapore’s MTCS standard. Third-party audits, such as those conducted by the British Standards Institute, verify that Azure adheres to the strict security controls required by these standards.

How does the Cloud work?

Linspec Cloud is hosted on online servers in France. Your company’s data is accessible to you as soon as you use your login credentials, anywhere in the world. All you need is a computer and an internet connection.

Can I quickly equip myself and get up to speed with the software?

The solution will be accessible within two business days after placing your order. Contact us to get a commercial offer. The Linspec Cloud software comes with an exhaustive list of libraries, allowing for immediate use of the tool after a configuration step adapted to each user: equipment type, materials, fluids, actions, criticality studies, degradation modes and associated controls, reports, opinions, etc.

I don't have time to migrate my historical data to this solution. How are they imported into Linspec Cloud?

If your historical data is in paper format, you just need to opt for manual re-entry. Conversely, if your historical data is in digital format (Excel file), mass imports are possible. During the support phase, we will provide you with all the necessary assistance to enter your data as efficiently as possible.

Is the software connectable to third-party solutions?

Linspec Cloud can be connected to third-party tools such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) or CMMS (Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).

In which languages is Linspec Cloud available?

Our software interface is available in French, English, Italian, and German.
