New “Resources” module
A completely new addition, the Resources module now centralizes the full management of:
- equipment (with numerous innovations and upcoming modules to be released in the next weeks and months),
- personnel (COFREND certificates, authorizations, and qualifications),
- companies (clients and suppliers).
This module delivers strong traceability and enhanced quality control.
Revamped “Project management” module
The Project Management module has been entirely redesigned to offer end-to-end centralization of project monitoring, including weld maps, weld ballooning, and welding books.
Major enhancement: a fully customizable project tree structure. Previously, the hierarchy followed a fixed pattern: Projects > Equipment > Weld Maps. You can now tailor this structure to fit the actual complexity of your project. For smaller equipment, you no longer need unnecessary intermediate levels—gain both flexibility and efficiency.
New “Inspection Lotting” Module
This brand-new module transforms the way you manage non-destructive testing (NDT). It automatically manages inspections in accordance with applicable standards. When a non-conformity is detected, the system applies the inspection rules defined by your construction code and automatically adds the extra welds that must be inspected.
Construction codes (CODAP, CODETI, ASME, etc.) directly determine the level and type of inspection according to:
- the type of equipment (pressure equipment, piping, structure…),
- the material (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, aluminum…),
- the risk level (pressure, temperature, hazardous fluid, regulatory PED category).
A key advantage for maintaining compliance while reducing inspection costs.
Enhanced “Document management” module
The Document Management module evolves into a true reporting engine.
You can customize templates for files, inspection reports, WPS/PQR, or any other document, save them as ac reusable templates, and apply them whenever needed. This provides the flexibility required to meet diverse client and regulatory expectations.
