The group challenge
NEU-JKF FEVI has a large base of qualifications and welding procedures (hundreds of WPQ, WPS, PQR), which can be difficult to maintain, i.e. :
- Renewal of Welder Qualifications (WPQ)
- Updating Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
At the same time, NEU-JKF Fevi is bound by welding quality and traceability obligations, generating even more “administrative” tasks:
- Drafting of welding procedure specification (WPS)
- Production of traceability documents: welding data book / manufacturer’s documentation

The above obligations can become problematic when processed on Excel spreadsheets; it was also the case for NEU-JKF Fevi and many other manufacturers.
