Welding Cloud allows you to map (or mark) the location of welds on the equipment layout using customizable pictograms via its drawing tool. Each location is named and synchronized with the weld features it designates. Also, the solution gives you the possibility to do the same with the components.

The mappings are imported into your cahier de soudage or manufacturer’s file. You can also export them in PDF format. Multiple plans can be recorded and mapped for a single piece of equipment.

Welding Cloud ding’s Weld Mapping feature can display a weld tracking table linked to this plan. Inside, you will characterize the welds, but also the associated Operating Procedure DescriptionsWPS) and qualificationsPQR and WPQR). In addition, you can fill in the nomenclature of your components in all its details: grades, normative names, diameters, thickness. Welding Cloud goes further and allows you to find the casting number, batch number and material certificates associated with the equipment components.
