The objective of the module

The Maintenance module is dedicated to maximizing the reliability of assets by means of an RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) approach and a powerful strategy engine. It combines different methodologies, such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Analysis. The fundamental objective of this module is to implement a proactive maintenance approach, combining different maintenance strategies that align risk, reliability, and performance in a cost-effective manner.

 

This module will help to establish the maintenance strategy(ies) to be associated with the different types of equipment or technical classes, defining the tasks and operations to be carried out according to the different levels and types of maintenance and the frequencies at which they should be performed. As a result, it provides a solid basis for achieving operational excellence within the current operational framework, while considering safety and security constraints and standards.
