Protecting our users’ data
As a software publisher, SIRFULL has implemented a strict policy of IT security and data protection. SIRFULL software is developed with safety in mind, right from the design stage and throughout the product lifecycle. Measures are put in place daily to limit cyber-attacks.

Setting up a security audit
To analyze our IT infrastructure, we carried out a security audit in January 2023. During this audit, the cybersecurity organization examined our software and platform with a fine-tooth comb.
This has enabled us to benefit from recommendations designed to guarantee the safety and performance of our products. Corrective action was quickly taken by the SIRFULL teams.
This audit will then be carried out annually to regularly identify vulnerabilities and develop protection mechanisms against potential attacks.
And in practice, what cybersecurity measures are implemented at SIRFULL?
At SIRFULL, the trend is towards proactivity. We take great care to ensure the performance and security of our applications.
Here are just a few examples of what we do every day:
- Periodic data encryption updates to further protect sensitive data
- Setting up proxies to monitor exchanges and protect our networks
- Implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure rapid resumption of our services in the event of a cyber-attack
- Implementation of a double daily backup system for our databases, ensuring our customers minimum loss of data in the event of a cyber-attack.
- Internal awareness-raising and training on best practices for data protection, password management, etc.
Cybersecurity is therefore a major concern at SIRFULL, which has an ongoing strategy of securing its equipment.
