Description of the services included in your SIRFULL Welding subscription.

SIRFULL Welding is offered to you by subscription for a renewable period of one year.

Subscription to SIRFULL Welding gives you access to several services. They are included in your BASIC or PREMIUM plan(compare features).

Here is a quick description of the contents of your SIRFULL Welding subscription.

1. Access 1 – 3 users

The SIRFULL Wedling subscription includes by default 3 named users in your working environment (name, first name, job). Any additional users are quoted(more information).

The 3 users can connect simultaneously to the solution, without limitation of workstation or location.

All you need is an internet connection and a web browser to connect to your work environment.

2. On-boarding program

2.1 Distance learning (max. 3 persons)

Course Duration:

• 1 day SIRFULL BASIC formula
• 2 days SIRFULL PREMIUM formula

The distance learning is done via split screen.

This mode of operation is flexible and easy to implement. You don’t have to be in the same meeting room to take advantage of it. You choose the pace of your training: consecutive or staggered days.

2.2 On-boarding program (1-2 months):

• Support for the recovery of historical data
• Personalized follow-up by email and telephone

Our objective: To transpose your welding activity into SIRFULL Welding.

Changing work habits is not always easy. This is why your SIRFULL Welding trainer is at your disposal to help you get started with the solution. For a maximum period of 2 months, he will be at your disposal and will help you to progress in the start-up of your solution (assistance with historical data, blocking points, tips).

3. Customer support, evolution and maintenance

3.1 Support:

• via tickets (24h/24h)
• telephone (working days)

3.2 Developments :

• according to the new legal provisions
• at the request of the users

3.3 Maintenance :

• Corrective and evolutionary
• Performed remotely

4. How your SIRFULL Welding subscription works

You subscribe to SIRFULL Welding and then(more info on how to subscribe)

• After your order, your users will receive their accesses in their mailboxes (“set-up” phase).
• As soon as you receive your accesses, your users can connect freely (phase“reception of your M1 accesses“).
• At this stage, a SIRFULL Welding trainer is assigned to you and will contact you to agree on a date for the remote training (phase“RDV 1 M1“).
• After this training, you are ready to take over your historical data. Your trainer remains in contact with your users to accompany you in the phase of taking control of the solution (phase“RDV 2 M1-M2“)
